Sam Paton has valued some of Australia’s most iconic pastoral properties in the country including Uardry Station (Hay, NSW), Tipperary Station (NT), Widgewa Station (Urana, NSW) and Banongil Station (Skipton, Victoria).
Horticulture
Major clients have included Montague Orchards; one of Australia’s largest growers and packers of stone fruit in Australia, Costa Group; a major wholesaler to Coles supermarkets, and Plunkett Orchards; a major Goulbourn Valley stone and pome fruit producer.
One of the most notable major projects Sam Paton valued was the Costa Group’s 20 hectare hydroponic tomato glasshouse operation at Guyra, northern NSW.
